Microsoft Purview DLP Implementation
Designed and deployed data loss prevention across Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Windows endpoints. Introduced data classification, policy tips, and incident reporting to strengthen company-wide data governance and compliance.

Built a full ITSM platform with request catalog, SLAs, workflows, asset intake, approvals, and a searchable knowledge base. Standardized IT processes and reduced ticket volume through improved self-service and documentation.
